A landscape masterplan, management plan and detailed design for the heritage-listed former Hordern family estate. The work balanced conservation and restoration of the Federation-era gardens with harbour views and the sensitive placement of ten new homes. The site includes some of Australia’s oldest known tree specimens and early Italianate grottos. Completed with Context Landscape Design.
